Case Report: Incidental Left Adrenal Mass in a 7-Y ear-Old Male

Introduction

Adrenal masses in children are uncommon and may represent benign or malignant
conditions, including neuroblastoma, pheochromocytoma, or ganglioneuroma. Most are discovered
incidentally during imaging for unrelated symptoms.

Conclusion

This case illustrates the importance of comprehensive evaluation of adrenal masses in
children, even when asymptomatic. Sur gical excision remains the treatment of choice. Histological
confirmation is essential to rule out malignancy and guide prognosis.
